Ingredients you will need:1½ cup buttermilk (you
can buy it in supermarket, in French it’s called ‘’lait fermenté’’), 1 egg, 1¼cup self-raising flour, 3 tablespoon melted butter, 1 teaspoon baking soda,1
teaspoon baking powder,2 teaspoon vanilla extract,3 tablespoon of sugar, pinch
of salt.
Instructions: You should combine all the ingredients in a
bowl. Mix well; you can use a hand whisk. Then lightly grease a pan over medium
heat, and pour a ladle of the batter, Cook till the top begins to bubble up, and
then flip it so that the other side is cooked as well. After one min, remove
from pan and proceed with the rest of the batter.
