1) Firstly wake up early. You will
feel great when you get up early and start getting things done. In addition,
take a minute now and think about what you are grateful for today.)- Do this
everyday!
2) Exercise! Exercising even for 10
mins will give you good results. Health is Wealth! Exercising will definitely
keep you in good health.
3) Have a good breakfast, read only
positive stuffs ( and learn at least 10 new vocabularies everyday) and spend
quality time with your family everyday.
4) Always be thankful, be positive
and work hard. Hard work pays!
5)Be Humble, Kind and Respectful.
6)Be polite -Always say please and
thank you to anyone doing anything for you.
7)Know that you are worthy of
happiness-If you want to be happy,you need to be able to live in harmony with
yourself first. Happiness lies within.
8)Patience is a virtue, hence be
patient.
9)Drink lots of water,eat lots of
fruits.
10) Remember that life has ups and
downs, so many twists and turns, but you should NEVER GIVE UP! Believe in
''YOU''!
